About Us
Instructor: TSUBAKI
Founder and instructor of TSUBAKI.
TSUBAKI is still a home economics teacher at school, and has taken the time to teach children how to cook.
TSUBAKI started the class to share the joy of Japanese home cooking with guests from around the world.
She speaks English and is passionate about helping international visitors experience authentic Japanese culture through food.

Small Classes,
Big Connections
Each class is limited to around 2-6 participants,
allowing for a personal and relaxed learning experience.
You’ll receive attentive instruction, have time to ask questions,
and enjoy cooking like you're part of a Japanese home.

Food Connects People and Cultures
At Japanese Tokyo Cooking Class TSUBAKI,
our mission is to create meaningful cross-cultural experiences through Japanese home cooking.
We don’t just teach recipes—we invite you into a warm,
